How does Nova learn my products and prices?

Upload a menu, a price list, or just send Nova your catalogue on WhatsApp. She reads it, asks any clarifying questions, and is live in minutes.

What if Nova gives a wrong answer?

You can switch on Approval Mode, where Nova waits for your sign-off before sending replies on sensitive topics like refunds or out-of-stock items.

Which payment providers does Lagbot support?

Paystack out of the box, with Flutterwave, Monnify and bank transfer support rolling out. Connect from Settings → Payments on the dashboard.

Can Nova handle more than one customer at the same time?

Yes — Nova replies to as many conversations as come in, in parallel, 24/7. There's no per-conversation limit on any plan.

How do I switch Nova off temporarily?

Toggle Pause Nova from the dashboard or message /pause to your Lagbot number. She'll stop replying until you toggle her back on.
